- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆We had four beers on a paddle and one large glass and I particularly loved the apple beer. We had our small dog with us and were welcome to sit on the green, down in the garden near the bridge. It was a very leisurely feeling to sit there on a Sunday past three. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Clean, nice restaurant/bar and lovely surroundings. Get your fire going as soon as you arrive and be prepared to get up during the night to keep it stocked (we were here in late August and it was still very cold at night).
